Our chefs have created a menu full of flavour, using top quality seasonal produce from the best local suppliers.
In the morning, enjoy a hearty breakfast before heading out to explore the South Coast of England.

Looking for a slightly longer getaway? Our 2-night break is tailored to those who want a little more time to relax.
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a bottle of chilled Champagne in your room. During your stay, you can take advantage of our luxury spa facilities, including our recently updated pool, salt sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and storm shower. After your relaxing afternoon, indulge in a delicious dinner in our Rosette restaurant, where you’ll enjoy a £30 per person allowance each night.
In the morning, enjoy a delicious, hearty breakfast before heading out to explore the South Coast.

What you need to know
- From £84.50 per person for 1-night package, based on 2 people sharing.
- Now available 7 days a week.
- Package is subject to availability and price varies throughout the year.
- £30pp dinner allowance. Anything above this will need to be settled on departure.
- Cancellation policy 3pm the day prior to arrival.
- Check in from 3pm, check out by 11am.
- Children aged 4-14 years are charged at an extra £30 per child, per night, including breakfast, cookies, milk, VILittleP robes and activity pack. All other meals are charged as taken.
- 10% discount on all pre-booked spa treatments.
- Offer not valid on 24/25/26/31 December.
